Tania Artenosi—The Real Estate Centre’s Owner and Broker of Record— spent 12 years at RBC Canada, starting off as a co-op student in the personal service centre. She quickly moved up to Team Leader for the New Mortgage Department in 2001, supporting branches and lawyers with a team reporting to senior management. She further progressed to Senior Team Leader of Business Banking and Investigations in 2004. Throughout her tenure at RBC, Tania ensured systems, processes, rules and regulations were followed, and that service and meeting customers’ expectations and deadlines were of the utmost importance. Tania worked her way up to the senior position prior to commencing her career in real estate. In 2006, Tania obtained her Real Estate License and quickly excelled as a real estate agent, demonstrating consistent sales leadership year after year. In 2013, Tania completed the Real Estate Broker Course and became the Broker of Record for The Real Estate Centre. Tania brings her outstanding leadership skills, strong integrity, and years of experience in sales and senior management positions to be a solid Broker of Record, providing outstanding support for her realtors. Tania sits on the Board of Directors for the Barrie & Association of Realtors as well as the Marketing Communication Committee for OREA.

Tania has been very active and supportive in her husband Dean’s real estate businesses, beginning in 1999. Dean Artenosi obtained his Real Estate License in 1995 after several years of running his own businesses, starting at16 years of age. Dean began his real estate career as a buyer agent when buyer agency first began in 1995. In 1999, Dean went on to become the top 1% National Chairman’s Club as a sales representative, as well as the #1 sales representative for his brokerage. Throughout his tenure as a realtor, Dean developed buyer programs that were a first when introduced to the industry. He was the first to come out with the concept of buying real estate with no money down and lease-to-own. Dean took advantage of insured financing products available through CMHC, predominantly the 5% program and the Purchase Plus Improvement program (where buyers can include renovation costs in their purchase). Dean has been involved in well over a thousand renovated dwellings throughout the GTA and has housed well over two thousand families with his buyer programs.

In addition to his renovation program, Dean began assembling properties in inner city locations with a vision of new urbanism in mind. Dean’s renovation business, buyer programs, and redevelopment business revitalized existing dwellings and neighbourhoods as opposed to greenfield development. Dean has been the originator and developer of over 100 million dollars’ worth of development projects: from the land acquisition, change of use, sales, marketing, and financing of each site to giving the keys to the homeowner. Dean was featured in a 3-part mini-series in the Toronto Sun as well as the feature story in Builders Architect Magazine. Dean developed a group of companies that work cohesively together by offering a diversified approach to business in real estate. In 2006, The Real Estate Centre Brokerage was born, with a vision of offering an infrastructure where realtors can succeed in their sales practice while enjoying the benefits of all components in real estate. It’s never boring, and certainly owning, renting, renovation developing, selling, listing, buying, financing, investing, etc. makes real estate exciting, creative, and a way of life.
